I wdulon't consider you. A 14 year old shouldn't be the one contacting the breeder. Your parents should. All you have proven is that you know how to read. Where exactly did you find this "breeder". If she is reputable she would already know what her breed is prone to have. A simple question asking if any of her previous litters or her breeding stock have had any medical issues would have been enough. However I like that you asked about the guarantee.
